Shiquita Banks LPC

Shiquita Banks is one of the therapist at Inspire Therapy Services. In 2012 she obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology then completed her master’s degree in clinical counseling. She is currently a LPC who is pursuing her LCPC licensure.

For the past 11 years Shiquita Banks has worked with different populations, different diagnosis, and different age groups. She has worked for nonprofits, the state and various agencies. Shiquita surpasses issues with treatment regardless of the stigma surrounding mental illness and treatment.

Her professional background demonstrates her ability to support those dealings with challenges and or crisis. She appreciates being able to connect and understand those who feel misunderstood and disconnected from most.

Shiquita Banks specializes in working with preteens and teenagers. She strives to help clients learn how to navigate through depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, family conflicts, low self esteem, behavioral issues, grieving, and stress.

Her mission is to help her clients gain peace, insight, and an empowered mindset to move through life and future challenges.
