Michele Catala
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they work through life’s challenges and rediscover their sense of balance and well-being. I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma, mental health concerns, substance use, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that healing begins with feeling heard and understood, and I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. Together, we identify patterns, build coping strategies, and uncover the strengths that allow for growth and change.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and family systems approaches—to tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients. Whether we’re addressing the impact of trauma, strengthening relationships, or finding new ways to manage stress, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and transformation, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for discovering clarity, resilience, and hope. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater self-understanding and emotional well-being.
